LJT Manufacturing utilizes a very specific ALLOY plate as a raw material with properties similar to copper.
The top layer of carbon fibre provides the best performing record interface available and we use the same product on our turntables.
The sound is no nonsense, with extreme dynamics resulting from exceptional stability for the record and stylus. The TT ALLOY Mat adds a mass of the about 3.6 lbs (1.6 KG’s) to the platter for improved flywheel effect improving speed control. The solid ALLOY Mat provides an incredibility dense surface providing the optimal vibration reducing mating surface.
