As pictured on the right. There are two versions of the controller and both can be upgraded. Early models had the 3 Speed Metal Housing Controllers; the model shown has the 2 speed Ultra Controller.

Kindly Package very securely and Ship as per our instructions only:

1) Plinth Assembly (TTW to remove original Motor and Modify Plinth for Remote Drive)

2) Platter (TTW to Machine Outer Rim locating diameter, install Rim, machine outer rim to .0005 TIR)

3) Controller (TTW to Install new control board, program controller, install rim/belt switch)

4) TTW to assemble and test table signal to noise test, speed control

The plinth motor and all systems are identical to the Momentus except the Supreme Platter is a two piece, extreme 12 component design, 50 lbs. You will receive a brand new two piece platter.

Drive Platter Section

The platter has nine decoupled Layers, outer drive rim, and carbide bearing system

Upper Record Platter Section

The drive decoupled upper platter locates with a guide pin and is installed after the drive is set up. The 2.0 thick platter has 200 holes drilled on the inside and is filled with brass and silica for the ultimate in quiet platter systems. 

Exclusive, difficult to manufacture, two piece 50 lb Platter x  4.0  Inches Height (44.5 mm) with constrained layer platter design employing Aluminum, Alloy/copper and carbon fibre with (12) components designed for decoupling. 

Final Machining

Dead accurate runout, this platter has an additional outside profile machining operation holding on the carbide bearing providing dead accurate platter runout and absolute balance for extreme pitch and tone beyond. The platter cannot be physically machined to any greater degree of accuracy.
