Order and Return Policy

Cancellation / Refund Policy:

TTWeights Audio believes in helping its customers, by providing the best information possible in making the best purchase decision regarding our products based on the information we receive.

TTWeights Audio will not be held responsible, and no refund will be issued for the delay in delivery due to situations beyond our control such as: out of stock items, delay in materials, National and Provincial holidays , or shipping services by chosen carriers.

Turntable orders will not be cancelled once an order has been placed, otherwise customer’s deposit is non refundable.

Defective or Non Performing Products:

Should the TTWeights Audio product be defective or non- functioning as described on our web site we will replace it. All expenses will be covered by TTWeights Audio, and we must be notified within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Other Returns:

If you are not happy with your TTWeights purchase for any reason other than a defect, please return it in the original packaging, undamaged, unused, and we will issue a refund. There will be a 25% inspection/re-stocking fee for customer optioned returns. TTWeights Audio must be notified within 24 hours of receipt and Items must be returned within: 15 Days of receipt.

Refunds will be given after the return product is received and inspected.

Return shipping will be paid by the purchaser, unless the product is defective. Customers must contact TTWeights Audio for a return authorization number with 24 hours, and TTWeights Audio will provide the shipping arrangements.

Product must be undamaged and returned in the original packaging.

Acceptance of Contract Terms

Turntable orders will not be cancelled once an order has been placed. Turntable orders are made to order and customer’s deposit will be non refundable.

The user agrees to give the correct information which is true and authentic. We reserve the right to confirm the information provided by the user. We also reserve the right to disallow any user to use this website and may reject / cancel the booking of service without providing any reason whatsoever.

Any orders received represents an offer to buy products indicated by you, this is not a binding contract until acceptance of the order and we have dispatched the goods. This means that if the price, description or any other information about the product is incorrect, TTWeights Audio shall not be obliged to sell you the product.

Privacy Policy

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes. We view protection of your privacy as a very important community principle.

International Orders

TTWeights Audio is a Canadian company and we ship worldwide.

All prices on this web-site are in US Funds.

All United States and International Customers are responsible for all brokerage, duty and taxes upon delivery. Customs paperwork will show the amount you paid for your purchase and will not be altered.
